From 2019 to 2021, Umuhuza organisation in partnership with Women for Women International-Rwanda under the sponsorship of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has implemented “Twiceceka
project” which aimed to addressing Gender-Based Violence through promotion of Speak out culture in Rwanda and strengthening positive parenting as one of the ways to raise awareness and prevent Gender Based Violence among children and youth in Ngororero district. The project was implemented in 4 sectors of Ngororero District : Kabaya, Kageyo, Hindiro and Matyazo.
